The mission of the Northwest Home Equity Assurance Program is to provide community stabilization — protecting property values, investing in homes, and keeping families rooted in their neighborhoods.
Home Equity Assurance
The Northwest Equity Assurance Program was established over 30 years ago to insure the value of the homes of residents on the Northwest Side of Chicago in the case of a loss of value due to local factors.
Home Improvement Loans
The low-to-no interest loan program offers members of the Northwest Home Equity Assurance Program access to Home Equity loans for home improvements, starting at 0%.
